We use OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.) to process your interactions and generate AI responses within the application. When you use the AI chat features, the following data is transmitted to OpenAI's servers:

This data is sent solely for the purpose of generating personalized AI responses. We do not send your email address, device identifiers, payment information, or location data to OpenAI.

How Your Data Is Processed by OpenAI:

OpenAI processes the data described above to generate responses to your queries. According to OpenAI's API data usage policy, data submitted through their API is not used to train or improve their models. OpenAI retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes, after which it is deleted, unless otherwise required by law.

Your Consent:

Before any data is sent to OpenAI, the application requests your explicit consent through an in-app consent screen. You must accept this consent to use the AI chat features. If you do not consent, you may still use all other features of the application that do not involve AI processing.

Artificial intelligence systems, while sophisticated, are not infallible. The content generated by AI within our application may contain errors, inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or information that appears plausible but is actually incorrect or fabricated. AI systems can produce responses that sound authoritative but may be based on incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information.

AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, medical advice, legal counsel, financial guidance, psychological counseling, therapeutic recommendations, or any other form of professional consultation. The AI is not a licensed professional and cannot replace the judgment and expertise of qualified human professionals.

You should not rely on AI-generated content for making important decisions that could affect your health, safety, finances, legal rights, or overall well-being. We shall have no liability whatsoever for any harm, loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

All payment transactions within our application are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device platform. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information or other financial details. All payment processing is handled by these third-party platforms in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Subscription services, where offered, automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your device's account settings. The renewal charge will be applied to your account within twenty-four hours prior to the end of the current period.

Our refund policy is governed by the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All purchases made through the application are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused credits or features, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, service interruptions or technical issues, or any other reason unless required by law.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must submit your request directly to Apple or Google through their respective support channels. We have no ability to process refunds for purchases made through these platforms. Any refund decisions are made solely by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

6. International Data Transfers

Our application operates globally, and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may include the United States, countries within the European Union, and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers maintain facilities.
