The App is an interactive reading application. It includes chapters, interactive scenarios, character profiles, a glossary, a historical timeline, location maps, reading paths, and progress tracking.

3. Purchase and License

The App is available as a one-time purchase from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertisements.

4. Content

The literary text is from a public domain work. Scenarios, editorial content, design, and application functionality are proprietary and protected by copyright.

5. Offline Use

The App operates entirely offline. No internet connection is required after installation. No account or registration is needed.

6. User Data

All user data (reading progress, achievements, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any user data on any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Extract or reproduce the proprietary editorial content

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to update or discontinue the App at any time. Your license terminates if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the App with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
