1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using this application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description

The App presents its content and features on your device. What it includes, and how it is offered, is described on its store listing and inside the App itself. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the App is updated.

3. Purchases and License

Purchases are handled by the store you installed the App from (Apple App Store or Google Play), using the account you already have with it. Your payment details are never sent to us and we never see them.

The App, or access to content inside it, may be offered as a one-time purchase or as an auto-renewing subscription. Which one applies is shown on the store listing and in the App before you buy. There is no advertising in the App.

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own.

Where content is offered as an auto-renewing subscription:

• Your store account is charged when you confirm the purchase, and again at the start of each renewal period.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can see, manage, and cancel it in your store account settings at any time. Removing the App does not cancel it.
• The price and the length of each period are shown before you buy and may differ by country.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not shorten a period you have already paid for.
• Where access to content depends on an active subscription, that access ends when the subscription ends.

Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy, not by us.

4. Content

Editorial content, illustrations, design, and application functionality are proprietary and protected by copyright. Where the App presents works that are in the public domain, those works are not claimed as ours.

5. Offline Use

All content is stored on your device, so the App works without an internet connection. A connection is needed only for store operations, such as making a purchase or restoring one. No account or registration is needed.

6. User Data

All user data is stored locally on your device, and we operate no server of our own. Where the App uses a third-party service to manage purchases, that service receives only what is described under Purchases in our Privacy Policy. Nothing else about your use of the App is transmitted anywhere.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Extract or reproduce the proprietary content

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to update or discontinue the App at any time. Your license terminates if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the App with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
