The service
İstanbul Şimdi is an app that gives information to make getting around the city and everyday errands easier. The information comes from the open data of İBB, İETT and Metro İstanbul and from OpenStreetMap. The app is not a product of these organisations, and they do not endorse it. We may change, suspend or end the service at any time without notice.
Accuracy
Arrival times, journey plans, lift statuses and neighbourhood information are estimates or what the sources report; they can be late, incomplete or wrong. Check official sources too for important decisions. The information is not guaranteed to be correct or available at all times.
Licence
You may use the app for your personal use. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies. The data is used under its own licences: the İBB Open Data Licence, and the ODbL for OpenStreetMap; see the "Data sources and licences" screen.
Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, accurate or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the app, or from delays, gaps or errors in its information, such as a missed trip, a delay or an extra fare. Liability that the law does not allow to be limited (intent and gross negligence) and your rights as a consumer that cannot be waived are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The rights that the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer, and that cannot be waived, are unaffected.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is published in the app and the date at the top is updated. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms. For questions, write to support@stackbase.space.
