By downloading, installing, or using Art of War: Master the Strategy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description

The App is an interactive reading application featuring Sun Tzu's Art of War (Lionel Giles translation, 1910). It includes 13 chapters, 39 strategy scenarios, 32 strategic principles, 44 glossary terms, 17 historical examples, reading paths, and progress tracking.

3. Purchase and License

The App is available as a one-time purchase from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertisements.

4. Content

The source text is from the public domain translation by Lionel Giles (1910). Strategy scenarios, editorial content, design, and application functionality are proprietary and protected by copyright.

5. Offline Use

The App operates entirely offline. No internet connection is required after installation. No account or registration is needed.

6. User Data

All user data (reading progress, achievements, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any user data on any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
